Hi, good to hear from you.

The employees see no difference in service we receive from them compared to GWL. Other then the fact that we now have drug cards which is a definite bonus over the plan we had with GWL.

The main difference for us is our new Broker (Corporate Benefits Division). They handle everything for us. Employees call them directly with questions and generally have an answer within minutes. I have monthly contact calls with them which ensures our plan is up to date and accurate. They handle all the paperwork for changes & additions; I basically do not have to do anything.

I just had our 6 month review with CBD and everything looks good regarding our rates and we should not receive an increase come renewal time.

I am glad we made the switch; not only for the lower priced premiums, but also for the service we receive from Corporate Benefits Division.
